Shrink Pic
Finally a FREE Image Resizer for email that works on Windows Vista! Shrink Pic runs in the background and when you attach a picture to email it automatically makes it smaller. Your email recipients will appreciate that you didn't clog up their inbox with an email with large photos attached.
The only drawback of Shrink Pic is that it only resizes pictures for email and not for files and folders like the Power Toy Image Resizer from Microsoft for Windows XP does. Still, it's a pretty cool piece of software for Free!
